Labor & Employment Associate

Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm looking to add a Labor & Employment Associate to its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong litigator who wants to deepen or expand their experience on the management side within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.

The hiring firm is seeking an attorney who brings:

• 3–8 years of strong litigation experience

• Labor & employment law experience (preferred, but not strictly required for standout litigators)

• Active Georgia Bar admission (required)

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You’ll handle a range of employment-related disputes and counseling matters for sophisticated employer clients across industries.
