This is an outstanding opportunity for a 5th–6th year Employment Associate to join the New York office of a highly sophisticated employment law practice.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling:

• Employment litigation case development
• Legal research and strategic analysis
• All phases of written and document discovery
• Witness interviews and internal investigations
• Drafting high-level briefs and dispositive motions
• Litigation strategy and matter management
• Working closely with clients and senior attorneys on sensitive workplace disputes

Candidates should bring:

• Strong employment litigation experience from a sophisticated law firm platform
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
