Position Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in this role will provide individualized mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. The ideal candidate is adept at conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services in a client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Offer individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients reach their mental health goals.
- Track client progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Keep accurate and timely records of all client interactions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and connect clients to relevant community resources.
Requirements
- Active LCSW licensure in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a counseling setting.
- Knowledge of effective mental health treatment methods and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
