This role ensures that complex assemblies, tooling, and fabricated components meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and AS9100 quality standards. The Tracker Operator interprets engineering models and blueprints, sets up and executes measurement routines, analyzes data, and communicates results to Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Essential FunctionsDaily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers. Responsible for reading and understanding general job requirements as supplied in the QA job folder by the Lead InspectorExecution of required Build support or QA function as dictated by the job lineup, TIR and quality planPopulation of the TIR (Tool Inspection Record) or equivalent customer provided documentInitiation of any tool tag as a resulting from the inspection activity (In Process or Non-conformance)Assist Lead Inspectors, as necessary, with any customer buy-off effortResponsible for maintaining Laser Tracker equipment utilized to perform job dutiesUtilization of the Document and Data control procedure to initiate, maintain and complete all electronic inspection recordsConformance to all applicable QMS procedures and work instructionsFollow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesAbility to work independently with written and verbal directionGood problem-solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsGood understanding of GD&T/FT&AVerisurf software3 years of tooling experience3 years of QA experienceHigh School Diploma or recognized equivalentApply today and build your future with Visioneering.
