Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1st Shift) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (B Shift)

Job Summary:
Allegiance Staffing in Greer is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a leading paper products manufacturing company in Spartanburg, SC. These are temp-to-hire opportunities for dependable individuals with manufacturing experience who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Machine Operators will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and safely handling materials throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds throughout the shift and working in a non-climate-controlled facility that is hot during the summer and cold during the winter.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to manufacture paper products
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality production
• Perform equipment start-up, operation, and shutdown procedures according to company standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
• Report equipment issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Accurately complete production documentation and shift reports
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications:
• 18 years of age or older
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during a 12-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
• Experience in paper, packaging, or industrial manufacturing environments
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
