A prominent plaintiff law firm seeks an experienced personal injury attorney that has handled litigation in asbestos, defective drugs and medical devices, as well as environmental torts-related issues and consumer fraud.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience representing plaintiffs injured by negligent asbestos exposure.
- Must have experience in the areas of asbestos and/or toxic torts related issues.
- Significant experience with witness, party and expert deposition practice.
- Academic excellence.
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to work diligently for firm clients as a leader and on the asbestos litigation team.
- Licensed in MI; a NY license is a plus.
