Attorney - MP

A Mount Pleasant, SC litigation law firm seeks a talented, confident, and disciplined attorney to manage personal injury cases from open to close. QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years of personal injury experience preferred
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of South Carolina auto insurance law Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and respect in client and team interactions
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and courtroom skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as lead attorney on personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation
• Develop case strategy and drive cases toward resolution or trial
• Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness
