Position: Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Location: Pendleton, OR
Schedule: Full-Time | Four-Day Work Week
HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing ENT practice in northeastern Oregon. Practice DetailsFull-time employed position
Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Shared call schedule of approximately 10 days per month
Join a community currently served by one independent Otolaryngologist who leases clinic space one day per week
Excellent opportunity to build a high-volume practice with strong regional demand
Collaborative multidisciplinary medical staff
Inpatient EMR: MEDITECH (transitioning to Epic in Spring 2027)
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for adult and pediatric ENT conditions
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck
Perform office-based and surgical ENT procedures
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide postoperative follow-up care
Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to coordinate patient care
Participate in shared call responsibilities
Opportunity to expand and further develop the regional ENT program
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Base Salary: $528,070.40 – $661,939.20 annually
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
DEA certification or ability to obtain
Strong medical and surgical expertise in Otolaryngology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
