This is an excellent opportunity for an associate attorney with strong commercial real estate experience to join a high-performing team that handles sophisticated, large-scale transactions across the country.
About the Role
The firm’s Real Estate practice represents developers, investors, financial institutions, and major national and international companies. The Associate Attorney will work on complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and financings, with the opportunity to manage matters from initial structuring through closing.

What You’ll Do
Manage complex real estate transactions from inception through closing

Draft and negotiate key deal documents, including:
Purchase and sale agreements
Commercial leases
Joint venture agreements
Development agreements
Financing documents and related instruments
Oversee and coordinate due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate issues
Work closely with partners, clients, and multidisciplinary deal teams
Provide strategic guidance and support on high-value commercial real estate matters
What We’re Looking For
A highly capable Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and/or financings
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong academic credentials
Prior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred
Qualifications
3–5 years of transactional real estate experience
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to sit for/admit)
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time Associate Attorney position may be filled in New York. Pursuant to pay transparency requirements, the compensation range for this role is $260,000 – $365,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
