Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 5 + years of experience to join its Commercial Real Estate & Development Department in the Orlando, FL office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and growing practice group.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and related transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Manage closings and coordinate with lenders, developers, and other stakeholders
• Advise clients on land use, zoning, and development-related matters
• Work closely with developers, investors, landlords, and commercial tenants

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 + years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong background in commercial transactions and development projects
• Experience with title review, financing, and closing processes
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage matters independently
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
