Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 5 + years of experience to join its Commercial Real Estate & Development Department in the Orlando, FL office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters within a collaborative and growing practice group.
Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and related transactional documents
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Manage closings and coordinate with lenders, developers, and other stakeholders
- Advise clients on land use, zoning, and development-related matters
- Work closely with developers, investors, landlords, and commercial tenants
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 + years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong background in commercial transactions and development projects
- Experience with title review, financing, and closing processes
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
