Hybrid Financial Institutions Associate Attorney Qualifications
- Experience in banking or consumer financial services within a large law firm setting.
- Requires substantive experience advising on federal and state statutes such as TILA, ECOA, or the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Must hold a J.D. with strong academic credentials and an active membership in the Texas State Bar.
