QUALIFICATIONS:
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York (NJ Bar a plus)
- 2 to 6 years of insurance coverage experience
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment
- Actively review files and complete settlement analysis
- Extensive legal research experience and drafting memos and appeals
- Experience handling court appearances and depositions
- Heavy experience drafting pleadings and engage in discovery
- Promptly respond to e-mails and phone inquiries
- Proven excellent client service skills and telephone manner
