Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

This role is ideal for a mid-level associate with experience in commercial real estate finance, lending transactions, and secured financing structures, looking to work on sophisticated transactions with strong partner mentorship and client exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage real estate finance transactions from inception through closing with partner supervision

• Draft and negotiate loan documents, financing instruments, and collateral documentation

• Conduct title, survey, and financing due diligence

• Support secured lending transactions and landlord-tenant related financing structures

• Collaborate with deal teams and clients throughout transaction lifecycles

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate and finance experience at a law firm

• Strong drafting and transactional management skills

• Experience with lending and secured financing structures

• Excellent academic credentials

• JD from an accredited law school

• Georgia Bar admission (or pending admission)
