Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney
Job Description
This role is ideal for a mid-level associate with experience in commercial real estate finance, lending transactions, and secured financing structures, looking to work on sophisticated transactions with strong partner mentorship and client exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage real estate finance transactions from inception through closing with partner supervision
Draft and negotiate loan documents, financing instruments, and collateral documentation
Conduct title, survey, and financing due diligence
Support secured lending transactions and landlord-tenant related financing structures
Collaborate with deal teams and clients throughout transaction lifecycles
Qualifications:
3–5 years of commercial real estate and finance experience at a law firm
Strong drafting and transactional management skills
Experience with lending and secured financing structures
Excellent academic credentials
JD from an accredited law school
Georgia Bar admission (or pending admission)
