Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment plants, conveyance, and infrastructure projects
- Work on engineering planning and design projects
- Prepare reports, develop plans, and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects
- Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
- Permitting and preparation of technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
- Data entry and analysis
- Provide engineering services during construction
- Participate in field activities such as pilot testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
- 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) and conveyance
- Experience with large diameter potable water or wastewater pipelines
- Strong design / design review experience of Water/Wastewater Conveyance or treatment plants for municipal clients
- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (+)
