Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: Starting at $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to specifications
Perform job changeovers and machine setups efficiently
Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation
Inspect and test products to maintain quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
Accurately document production data and report issues to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Knowledge of production processes and procedures
Mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Effective teamwork and communication skills
