Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Charlotte, NC office, to representing national corporate clients and large self-insureds.
- 2-3 years of general liability experience to someone more senior.
- Ideally, the candidate would be willing to do both general liability and workers’ compensation, but we can be flexible on the WC portion
- Trial experience is highly desired but not required because you will get your chance to develop real trial skills.
- Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
- Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
- Experience representing individuals and businesses.
Position is "In-office" so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Firms Partners.
