Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice to clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and developments.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering insights and recommendations to guide legal decisions.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes in legislation to provide current and relevant advice to clients and the team alike.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in handling high-volume litigation calendars, including motions, depositions, and trials.
  • Ability to manage case files from initial intake through settlement, judgment, or award.
  • Proven track record of navigating the 'no-fault' Workers' Comp system and building negligence-based Personal Injury claims.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain consistent contact with clients, ensuring they are informed at every step.
  • Experience in providing compassionate and direct legal advice during challenging times for clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dual-practice firm, balancing NJ Superior Court and Workers' Compensation cases.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and a willingness to learn from seasoned trial attorneys.
