An established South Carolina law firm seeks a Personal Injury focused Associate Attorney to join their Greenville office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years experience in Personal Injury (experience will be current or very recent).
- Some experience with workers compensation and social security law is a plus.
- Experience in a law firm setting is a must.
- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the SC Bar.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Computer Savvy.
- Experience in legal case management software preferred.
- Proven record dealing compassionately with numerous clients on a daily basis.
- Have a successful record negotiating and settling personal injury claims.
- This law firm is seeking a high energy, team player, who can motivate staff in a positive way.
