About the Role:
As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:
• Direct Care: Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication administration and wound care.
• Vital Sign Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as well as reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
