Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Member

Ridgeline Custom Services LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steel Fabrication & Erection Crew Member to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working as part of a team to complete projects the right way.

Responsibilities

%CF; Assist with steel fabrication and structural steel erection.

%CF; Perform weld-up and bolt-up steel construction.

%CF; Read and follow project drawings and directions from the crew leader.

%CF; Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.

%CF; Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.

%CF; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

%CF; Work efficiently with the crew to keep projects on schedule.

%CF; Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.

%CF; Represent Ridgeline Custom Services LLC with professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications

%CF; Experience in steel fabrication, structural steel erection, welding, or related construction work preferred.

%CF; Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

%CF; Basic knowledge of weld-up and bolt-up steel construction is preferred.

%CF; Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.

%CF; Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

%CF; Ability to work well as part of a team while following instructions.

%CF; Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
