Plumbing Mechanic – Licensed Journeymen / Master

Penn Wynne Plumbing & Heating LLC is a family-owned business looking for a Journeymen and/or Master licensed plumbing mechanic with 5+ years’ experience for residential service and installation. Penn Wynne Plumbing has been servicing Lower Merion Township for over 60 years and strives to provide the best quality work.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Must be experienced in the service industry.
• Willingness to learn and help the team.

Job Duties:

• Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications.
• Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary.
• Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
• Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
• Mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components
