Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, and building systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that facilities operate safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Install, maintain, and replace equipment and machinery as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency call-outs if required.
