Position Overview
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in keeping construction projects organized and running efficiently. This person will provide administrative support to Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Engineers while managing project documentation, subcontractor paperwork, billing processes, schedules, and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Project Directors with daily administrative needs
- Create and maintain subcontractor purchase orders and billing schedules
- Process subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project documentation
- Upload, organize, and maintain project files in SharePoint
- Track subcontractor work orders through completion
- Maintain project schedules and reports using Excel
- Route project mail and correspondence to appropriate team members
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, answering phones, and document management
- Assist with additional administrative tasks to support active construction projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Experience working in a construction or any similar blue collar environment
- High school diploma required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Experience with Timberline, Timberscan, or SharePoint is preferred but not required
