Connect with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs.
Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance solutions.
Generate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Collaborate with agency teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Continue developing your sales skills through training and coaching.
Requirements
Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required).
Bilingual skills (preferred but not required).
Prior insurance experience (service and/or sales).
Positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities.
Strong multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
