We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations by accurately storing inventory, picking customer orders, and helping ensure products move efficiently through every stage of the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, scan, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, verify, and stage customer orders accurately using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse technology.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report damaged merchandise, missing inventory, or discrepancies.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer and handheld scanner experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, squat, reach, and carry merchandise.
- Work safely in a warehouse environment.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
