Job Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay – $20/hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a Die Cutter / Tool & Die Maker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and fitting high-quality dies, molds, and tooling components. You will read engineering blueprints and operate standard precision machinery—including lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment—to fabricate and inspect finished tools. Additionally, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining existing tooling to ensure optimal production efficiency.
Responsibilities
-Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC/EDM equipment.
-Inspect finished tools and dies using precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
-Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to eliminate tooling downtime and improve performance.
Qualifications
-Proficiency with precision measuring tools and standard shop equipment.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in tool and die making, precise machining, or industrial manufacturing.
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods, maintain strong manual dexterity, and lift heavy tooling components.
