Job Description:

This is a high-level Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative role supporting multiple senior leaders, including international stakeholders. The position blends traditional executive support with coordination of projects, documents, and light financial processes. It requires a polished, adaptable professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Support 2–3 senior leaders with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and client interactions with professionalism
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as finance, legal, and marketing
  • Handle ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • Background in professional services environments (consulting, legal, finance preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt to different working styles and priorities
