Technical Product Manager (TPM)

Our client is the modern data-infrastructure platform for construction — a $12 trillion industry running on software built 20–40 years ago. The product sits between legacy ERPs and modern construction software, automating manual workflows contractors currently handle by hand across ERP sync, AP automation, expense management, and vendor management. It has 550+ paying customers on 1–3 year contracts, multi-million-dollar ARR, 10% monthly growth, and has been profitable and cash-flow positive since 2023.

A hands-on, technical product leader who builds new products on top of the client's infrastructure, owning the full arc from idea to MVP to production to $1M+ ARR. Roughly 70–80% strategy, customer work, and roadmap; 20–30% execution. Works daily across Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers.

Tooling: APIs, SQL, databases, Postman.

• Construction-tech, fintech, or vertical-SaaS adjacency with accounting-workflow exposure
• Hands-on technical depth: production work with APIs, SQL, databases, Postman
• Multi-year tenure at a previous role

• Proprietary infrastructure and built-in distribution: deep integrations with every major construction ERP and PM platform plus 500+ paying customers — what you build gets used immediately
• 0-1 ownership with CEO access: own the full arc from idea to $1M+ ARR, then do it again, reporting directly to the CEO
