Financial Analyst

Schedule: Fully onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Pricing Audits:

• Pillars of success: Timeliness, diligence and proofing work, clear/consistent communication, self-initiated investigations into issues while developing solutions independently, working collaboratively with the finance team, and engaging with team culture
  
• Aggregate and submit claim information
  
• Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of monthly/annual program billing
  
• Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events
  
• Ability to present analyses/findings in clear simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings
  
• Provide recommendations on pricing/audit validations process improvements; create process improvement plans
  
• Document processes and store in historical repository for future use in training and post audit validations. Lead trainings on said processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Business preferred
• 1-3 years experience preferred
• Dispute Process with external stakeholders
  
• Advanced proficiency Excel required
  
• Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes

Position is in Mooresville, NC - will consider Atlanta, GA or Plano, TX
