You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day operations of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.
What we offer:
- Paid training throughout the 4–6 week mentor period.
- Weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 after training.
- Direct deposit for weekly pay.
- Full benefits available after completion of training.

- Hands-on, on-the-road guidance from an experienced mentor prior to solo assignments.
What you'll be doing:
- Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load management, securement, and safe handling procedures.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip/post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over-the-road operations.
- Gain practical experience with trip flow, communication with dispatch and customers, and on-the-road decision-making as you progress toward independent driving.
What we're looking for:
- Safety-first mindset: consistently follow DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices.
- Reliability: report ready to work, adhere to schedules, and maintain responsibility throughout training and after transitioning to solo driving.
- Coachability: accept and act on feedback from your mentor and be willing to learn through real-time instruction.
- Strong communication: maintain clear, timely communication with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and provide updates as required.
