About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Emerald Coast Flooring America Inc as a Warehouse Assistant! Ideal position if you live in Okaloosa County, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction in our Fort Walton Beach location.
Hours and availability needed: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, processing, and storing incoming inventory.
• Prepare and package orders for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, inside and outside.
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Clean Showroom
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help build and/or set up racks
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks, minimum 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment is an advantage.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
