Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite)

Type of Employment: Contract

Compensation: $45 -$55 / Hour

Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across both technical and corporate functions, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality talent and maintaining an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions at a time), primarily within engineering and technical functions
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cycles
  • Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking tools
  • Support offer process as needed, including coordination and documentation

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting within industries such as oil & gas, utilities, power & generation, renewable energy, or energy services required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
