Contract to Hire
Location: Downtown Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay: $28-32/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM

Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support two senior executives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys anticipating needs, and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
This role will focus on a blend of executive support, administrative coordination, and personal assistance, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and daily priorities for executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings, and special events
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, reports, and business documents
- Prepare meeting materials and proactively support executive needs
- Track financial information, invoices, expenses, and related documentation
- Assist with personal financial organization, bill payments, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Provide backup administrative support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of executive assistant, personal assistant, or high-level administrative support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel proficiency
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel, and executive priorities
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Notary certification is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
