The RoleOwn the full sales cycle for mid-market government contractors — building relationships with decision-makers who rely on the platform to win and manage contracts at scale. This is a hunter role: run outbound, conduct discovery, demo the platform, and close deals (typically $55K–$130K), then help customers succeed post-close and turn wins into repeatable playbooks.
Requirements- 3+ years of B2B sales, with $50K–$150K deal sizes
- Government-contracting or SaaS sales experience
- Comfort with a 60-day sales cycle (mid-market timeline)
- An outbound-hunting mindset — builds their own pipeline
- On-site in the D.C. area, 4 days per week
- An understanding of the government-contracting space
- Knowledge of the current AI landscape
- Experience with government-contracting software
- Cares about American interests
- A government-contracting sales track record

- Uncapped, high-ceiling comp: $240K–$300K OTE at quota on a 50/50 split, uncapped with monthly accelerators
