Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to support front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients and staff, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Job Description:

The Receptionist will act as the face of the office, managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct a high volume of inbound calls
  • Welcome patients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner
  • Assist with general inquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage visitor check-in and badge printing procedures
  • Support mail distribution and other clerical tasks
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
  • Assist with basic problem-solving and internal communication needs

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite role
