Our client seeks a Product Manager to lead development of an internal Model Governance platform within Enterprise Risk. The role will define and deliver end-to-end user experiences across UI and backend capabilities, partnering with design, technology, and risk stakeholders. The Product Manager will translate user and risk team needs into clear problem statements, user flows, and acceptance criteria, and will drive a product strategy that enables adherence to model governance standards. The role requires ownership of a near-term roadmap, definition of success metrics, facilitation of agile ceremonies, and delivery of resilient, reusable capabilities for internal users.

Responsibilities:- Lead product strategy and delivery for an internal Model Governance platform.
- Define actionable problem statements and groom thin-slice MVPs.
- Translate customer insights into prioritized roadmaps and acceptance criteria.
- Design and optimize UX/UI patterns for cohesive omni-channel experiences.
- Own near-term roadmap and measurable outcomes using data-driven metrics.
- Balance risk in decisions and enable faster, well-managed iteration.
- Partner with technology to make architecture-aware design decisions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with technology leads and share product context.
- Deliver reusable, extensible, and resilient capabilities with strong security and performance.
- Communicate a six-month vision and manage risks and impediments transparently.
- Build cross-functional relationships and exercise horizontal influence.
- Mentor junior product associates and support recruiting activities.
- 4+ years of end-to-end product management with delivery ownership.
- Background in risk management, financial modeling, or data governance preferred.
- Experience building governance tools with design and user research.
- Demonstrated data and modeling exposure with UI and AI collaboration.
- Tools proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace.
- At least 3 years in product management or in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- 2+ years in Agile product management preferred.
- 2+ years building data-related products and services preferred.
- 1+ year in data management and governance product management preferred.
- Previous experience with Capital One or financial risk environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
