Pediatrician – Outpatient Community Health Practice

A well-established outpatient pediatric practice in San Jose is seeking a Pediatrician to support a growing patient population. This role offers strong clinical support, consistent demand, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships.
Position Overview
The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including well-child visits, preventive medicine, immunizations, acute care, chronic illness management, and developmental screenings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–19
Deliver preventive care and routine health screenings
Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditions
Support chronic care management and follow-up visits
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams
Document visits and clinical care in the EMR

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for California medical licensure
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Interest in outpatient pediatrics and community care
