Start your driving career in Gulfport, MS, with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing
- Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
- Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
- Follow safe driving practices, complete required vehicle and pre-trip/post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for over‑the‑road operations.
- Gain hands‑on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision‑making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
