Production & Warehouse Team Member – 1st Shift

Location: Hudson, WI
Shift: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour

A growing manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a dependable, hardworking Production & Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting daily production, packaging, warehouse operations, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production operations, packaging, labeling, boxing, and sealing products
• Load materials into equipment and workstations
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders
• Assemble and wrap pallet shipments
• Move and organize inventory and materials throughout the facility
• Support inventory counts and restocking
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with general facility and outdoor maintenance as needed
• Provide occasional customer assistance when needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and retain procedures
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and pull up to 60 lbs
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible and willing to learn multiple tasks throughout the facility

Additional Requirements

• Clean, professional work appearance required
• Steel or composite toe footwear required
• No cell phones, earbuds, or smart watches during active work periods
• Some tasks require personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Must be able to comply with workplace safety and PPE standards
