Experienced Line Cook - Day Shift (Monday-Saturday)

Cafe Du Liban is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team for a consistent daytime schedule. We are a busy, family-owned Mediterranean restaurant in Tarzana known for serving fresh, high-quality food and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• 10:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Day shift only
• No late nights

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards
• Operate grill and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy lunch hours
• Communicate and work well with the kitchen team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
• Grill experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Authorized to work in the United States
