Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer

Job duties

• Resolves routine technical issues using established procedures
• Supports engineering projects and assists with the development, maintenance, and improvement of products, systems, and processes.
• Contributes to project planning and execution within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Designs, models, and develops RF and microwave product prototypes.
• Prepares quotations for new and existing products.
• Supports new product introductions, including manufacturing implementation and process oversight.
• Provides technical support to internal teams and cross-functional departments.
• Communicate effectively with customers through written and verbal interactions.
• Keeps management and team members informed of project status and progress.
• Delivers technical presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences as needed.

Qualifications:

• 11. Bachelors Degree required; electrical engineering preferred
• 12. Ability to obtain a department of defense security clearance
• 13. Basic knowledge of RF components
• 14. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• 15. Ability to lead projects
• 16. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• 17. Experience using Cad tools, RF synthesis and simulation tools preferred
