Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor with 8–10 years of hands-on welding and fitting experience to lead shop operations. You will oversee fabrication, ensure quality control, and work on custom assemblies ranging from 5 to 10,000 lbs.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years of proven welding, fitting, and supervisory/leadership experience.
• Welding Expertise: Mastery of MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel (1/4" to 2" thickness).
• Blueprint Reading & Fitting: Advanced ability to read complex technical drawings and manage precise shop fitting.
• Material Handling & Safety: Certified/proficient in operating overhead cranes for heavy weldments up to 10,000 lbs.
• Equipment Operation: Ensure safe overhead crane usage for heavy material handling. Also, experience needed in rotating, flipping and securing parts so they are stable before welding.
