Member Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Service Representative based in Philadelphia, PA. The Member Service Representative will assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and financial services. Daily responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, delivering accurate information about products and services, performing account maintenance, and resolving issues related to financial accounts. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional support, both in-person and over the phone, to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and interpersonal interactions
• Strong Computer Literacy and ability to operate financial software systems
• Basic understanding of Finance and financial practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or banking industry, is advantageous
