Recruiter / payroll

The Recruiter / Payroll professional supports multiple departments by managing candidate sourcing and interview coordination alongside payroll processing and employee onboarding. This role ensures compliance monitoring and accurate data management using custom payroll systems, maintaining precise employee records and facilitating reporting and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple departments
• Coordinate interviews efficiently and effectively
• Process payroll using custom payroll systems
• Manage employee onboarding
• Monitor compliance with relevant policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and data
• Prepare reports related to recruitment and payroll
• Coordinate with vendors as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruitment and payroll
• Familiarity with recruitment and payroll processing
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Effective time management abilities
