We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, organized, and enjoys helping patients while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule appointments and answer phone calls
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• Assist with patient intake and documentation
• Prepare patients for treatment
• Assist the doctor with therapies and daily office operations
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Prior chiropractic or medical office experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
