Customer Account Coordinator
Job Description
The customer account coordinator will be responsible for order management, customer support, internal teamwork, data control, product knowledge, and critical thinking issue management. We are looking for someone who is comfortable multi-tasking. The position will require someone who has a strong skill set in customer service and also is proficient in Microsoft office, excel, and additional ERP system.
