Lead Carpenter / Skilled Handyman

Lead carpenter / fabricator for established manufacturing company. Are you a handy, hands-on person with carpentry, mechanical, or general repair skills? We offer steady full-time, year round employment with competitive pay, benefits, and room to grow? This is your chance to join our team as a Composite Fabricator / Technician.

In this role, you’ll work with composite materials — including Corian / solid surfaces, fiberglass and other mechanical assemblies — helping us build innovative products with your skills and attention to detail. Fiberglass or body shop experience is a plus but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who has a good working knowledge of carpentry, and is reliable, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble composite parts using hand and power tools
• Assist in new product development
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Build crates and A-Frames for cross country shipments
• Collaborate with team members on various projects

Qualifications:

• Carpentry, handyman, mechanical, or body shop background preferred
• Comfortable with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
