Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PART_TIME - Millington, TN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Millington Healthcare. As a valued member of our skilled nursing facility, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients of varying ages and diagnosis, including cognitive, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatments using evidence-based practices and current research
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
• Clinical fellowship completed or nearing completion
• State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Alternatively, obtaining licensure or certification within six months of hire date
