What You'll Do
Provide safe, effective overnight nursing care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes
Support STNAs and ensure consistent, high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation throughout the shift
Promote resident comfort and safety during nighttime hours
What You Need
Active LPN license in Ohio
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Dependability – especially during overnight hours
