Director of Maintenance

Summary/Objective:

The maintenance director supervises and monitors maintenance staff and maintenance contractors working in the facility and manages the day to day operations of the maintenance department in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and following established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma/equivalent

• 3 years of Maintenance Director Experience in a LTC setting
